An amazing experience where Amanda will take you through the process of crystal and Tibetan bowls where she will discuss benefits and take you through a series of different sounds to show you just how it can affect your body and mind. She will also provide you with the skills of using sound healing at home whether it is with music or if you end up buying your own sound healing bowl.
