MEET ALYSON
Alyson is a San Diego native who’s recently moved home from Fort Collins, Colorado. She discovered yoga (and a love of heated classes) after living through her first winter in Portland, Oregon. She kept up the practice as she moved to the front range. In 2016, she got her 200hr certification and ever since, she's never far from her mat, whether exploring inversions in her own practice or guiding yogis through theirs. She looks to build thoughtful flows utilizing her anatomy trainings with attention on the breath and alignment.

Sweating, bending and laughing are what get her out of bed. She believes that yoga is not just a practice for the body, but for the mind and spirit – allowing us the space to slow down and listen to our truest needs.
"Yoga is my safe place. I've gone through a lot of life changes in the last few years and yoga has been this constant for me to retreat to when I need to clear my head." |
"I teach yoga because it's truly my passion. Seeing the was it changes and affects people and the way they live their lives is a feeling I cannot describe. I love getting to watch my students progress and overcome things they perhaps never thought they could. I believe that yoga brings us peace that allows us to vibrate at a higher frequency making us more aware."
